Good Morning!!

This was the scripture in my quiet time this morning. It seemed quite appropriate and so I thought I would share...

...because we know that the one who raised the Lord Jesus from the dead will
also raise us with Jesus and present us with you in his presence. All this is for your benefit, so that the grace that is reaching more and more people may cause thanksgiving to overflow to the glory of God.

Therefore we do not lose heart. Though outwardly we are wasting away, yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day. For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all. So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen. For what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal.

2 Corinthians 4:14-18 NIV

Ben has a day full of tests, so be in prayer for him. He is back having his CT right now. Then, he has a cardiac scan. For the real kicker, he has a bone marrow biopsy today. This one needs to be covered in prayer. Ben is tough, but reading the instructions on what they will be doing hurt me.
"The biopsy consists of taking a small "bone core" from the bone marrow."

Yikes!! The procedure is done in the hip & he has to have it taken from both sides. Ouch!!

Thank you for sitting at Jesus' feet on our behalf!!
